It appeared that once this 'choice' had been made, and I had chosen to learn vs. teach then the whole world had something to teach me. How often I wondered about this! What matter to me of that which the world tried to teach me? Who were these others so intent on teaching me of something that no longer held my interest? Why did it seem that I was to learn their message when they were not the least interested in mine? It was then that I realized that acceptance of the role of teacher of God was indeed different from the role of 'teacher' that I had grown up with. It was then that I realized just how much learning was still required of me! And it was then that I came to see that, though I may not have been aware of what the other was learning, I was fulfilling my role as teacher and God's message was being delivered! I've finshed so many things in my life that really didn't make a difference. Inow know that, through forgiveness, I will take my role as a teacher of god.
